Shipping Info
We are currently shipping out of Switzerland. Prices displayed do include Swiss VAT of 7.6%. This is the goods cost used when shipping domestic to Switzerland.
For International customers we deduct the Swiss Tax from the goods costs, however they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Your charge from nxshot.com includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We also mark all of our packages as merchandise (not gifts) to fall in line with customs practices. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office if you desire further information.
Please note:
All shipping costs are determined by an order's actual weight and destination, and are automatically calculated during the checkout process. All orders are insured for their full value.
Switzerland:
Within Switzerland our shipping service is UPS Express Saver (1 to 3 business days)
International Shipments:
Within the continental EU, our default shipping service is UPS Standard (3 to 7 business days).
Outside continental EU our default shipping service is UPS Standard (3 to 7 business days), however Custom clearance can add some delay outside of our control.
Shipment address
Please provide an address where you are sure someone can collect the goods during day time since we only deliver against signature of reception of goods. You can use your office address as shipment address as well to secure a quicker delivery.

Please note: We don't accept personal checks nor do we ship orders via COD.
Credit Card Payments we accept Visa, MasterCard. You can definitely feel safe shopping with nxshot.com. We use the industry standard Secure Socket Layer software (SSL) system to encrypt your personal and credit card information during the order checkout process so that it can't be read as the information travels over the Internet.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Return Info
We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to assure that you're satisfied. Should your club be damaged through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement. We do take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your club(s) and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back*, and we'll fully refund your original purchase price. It's that simple!
Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.
*Please Note: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by email at rma@nxshot.com providing your nxshot.com user name and order number to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the box containing your return and then ship it back to us.
NXSHOT reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise, such as special or custom orders, custom clubs, assembled or altered components, personalized items and media (e.g. books, video, software, etc.). Free goods, received as part of a promotional offers or a sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. If you received free shipping on your order, our customary shipping charge for the service originally selected will be deducted from the amount of your refund. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. If a shipment is refused for any reason, the purchaser will be charged for the return shipping expenses as well. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us, just to be safe.
